Formerly known as Autumn Leaves, Liana Venice offers purposeful living with exceptional memory care. At Liana, we provide hospitality services in an environment where people with Alzheimer’s and dementia can thrive and flourish. Inspired by the liana plant, whose vines reach continuously toward the sunlight while remaining firmly rooted in the ground, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of our residents and their loved ones.

Jerri’s experience with senior care began long before she graduated high school. Her mother was an activity director in a skilled nursing home, and she volunteered every day after school, singing, playing the piano and visiting with the seniors who resided there. Seniors have always held a special place in her heart. Three of her family members had Alzheimer’s disease, which has given her significant insight into the effects this has on families. Jerri is a Certified Dementia Practitioner®, Florida administrator CORE trained, and a certified Eden Alternative® associate. With over thirty years’ experience in senior care, Jerri is passionate about ensuring families receive the consideration and support they need when making life altering decisions. “My dedication encompasses making sure that residents receive the best care and quality of life experiences. Navigating senior care, especially memory care, is extremely challenging. My mission is to guide families safely through this journey.”

In her spare time, Jerri enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren and her very spoiled chiweenie, Coco.

Lisa Redvers Director of Sales and Marketing

Lisa Redvers is the Director of Sales and Marketing. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management and is a Certified Care Manager. She has worked in the aging and dementia healthcare field from acute hospital settings to hospice care, specifically related to memory care. She has combined her clinical experience and education to assist families on the journey with their loved ones. She is particularly passionate about bringing education and unique support to enhance the community and those they serve.

Rob Sanders, Culinary Director

Culinary Director

Robert carries over 30 of hospitality experience encompassing many industry sectors. He began his career working as a cook in a gourmet market under the direction of a Johnson & Wales graduate and quickly learned the classic French fundamentals and techniques he uses today. He carries leadership experience in restaurant ownership, higher education services and senior living services. Passionate about whole foods, scratch cooking and simplicity, he continued his culinary education in learning the art of Charcuterie at the French Culinary Institute in NYC. Robert enjoys cooking for friends, family and residents.

Iris Kimble Lifestyle Manager

Iris Kimble is our Lifestyle Manager. Iris has extensive experience in both the Hospitality and Healthcare industries. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant and has worked as a caregiver for over 5 years. The Life Engagement Program encourages cognitive awareness, physical activity, socialization and self-expression. Iris creates these meaningful activities to maximize resident and family participation for connectedness to our special community.

Melaniee Mrosek Administration Manager

Melaniee always had a desire to help people which led her to go to nursing school. However, once she began working in healthcare, she ventured into programming and never looked back. She loves the interaction she gets to have with residents in a non-medical way. For the last twelve years, she has provided memory care residents with meaningful living.

Because of Melaniee’s computer and organizational skills, she transitioned into the administration manager role where she still gets to interact with the residents while keeping the front office fully functional.

In her spare time, Melaniee enjoys being outdoors with her two children. She also trains and competes in obstacle course racing.

Craig Lamotte

Maintenance Manager

Craig brings over 20 years of commercial, building/facility and risk management experience to the team. He prides himself on applying his knowledge, problem-solving skills and can do attitude, ensuring the resident community always looks its best. Growing up with his grandfather, Craig learned the importance of hospitality at a young age. He incorporates this element into his daily routine every morning, where he looks forward to greeting the residents and seeing them smile, knowing he is making a difference in their lives. Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, boating and running with his dog, Toby.
